Catalyst provides practice management, compliance, revenue cycle management, and technology solutions for behavioral health practices. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Practice management consulting
  • Compliance and accreditation assistance
  • Revenue cycle management
  • Technology implementation and support
  • Startup consultation

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials

4. Payment Terms

Fees for our services will be outlined in separate service agreements. You agree to pay all fees according to the terms specified in these agreements. Late payments may result in service interruption or termination.

All content, materials, and intellectual property related to our services are owned by Catalyst. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without our explicit permission.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during our service relationship.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in service agreements. Upon termination, you must cease using our services and pay any outstanding fees.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Atlanta, Georgia.
